WORKING WITH SPINDRIFT
Our commitment to quality extends to the quality of the relationship between builder and client. At Spindrift Carpentry, we believe transparency, trust, and excellent communication are the true foundations of a solid client-builder relationship. Below, you can learn a bit more about our building process.
First, Let's Make Sure We're The Right Fit For YOU.
It is of utmost importance to us that you feel comfortable with our process and people.
Every client is as unique as the home they are building. Our process is tailored to each individual need, but the first priority we have at Spindrift is to ensure we’re the right fit for you. We begin our relationship by having an honest conversation about scope of work, your vision, budget, and a timeline for beginning the work. During these initial conversations, you can decide if we’re right for you. We seek to establish a base of trust, honesty, and transparency in our conversations so we can create a fluid, positive experience for you, the homeowner.
Next, We Work Through The Design Process & Begin The Work.
This is an exciting phase that takes a lot of planning and attention to detail.
Once you’re sure we’re the builder for you, we discuss and establish financing, and then we’re off to the races. We are happy to work with architects, purchased plans, or even your own ideas. These are great places to start. The design and logistics process happens before we do any work on your property, but nevertheless, it is a process which helps all parties involved to get down to the nitty gritty of the project. Once we have nailed down finances and design work, we get to work on your project!
We Get Building, and Finally, We Hand You The Keys.
Because we consider transparency, trust, and communication to be paramount, we update you regularly on your project. At Spindrift, we seek to involve you in the process of building and finalizing details. Our excellent crew works diligently to make sure each piece of your home is finished with the utmost attention to detail. Finally, once your home is complete, we hand the keys to you and shake hands.
